Please write something with speaking too

Man wants to tell something in support to his logic and argument. It is very natural to every individual. But it is often seen that he gets tongue-tied when he comes forward to tell something. Arranging logic and arguments in sequential order to deliver speech on a specific agenda is obviously not an easy task. It requires constant practice and in-depth cultivation of knowledge on the agenda itself. Besides this, referral grip on other fields is also required to turn the speech more attractive with well synchronization of orating elements. At the very outset a good orator needs courage to speak before the audience with pleasing orating skill. No orator is taken as outstanding unless he can mesmerize the audience with his profound vocabulary of orating elements. Apart from that a speech appears to be attractive with an overwhelming acceptance if the modes of delivery, twisting modulation of speech, accentual delivery and the substantiality of the speech are well intricate. The pleasing personality of the speaker is also a factor to be well counted by the audience. Moreover, we can hardly call up all the salient notes of the speech. We can call up from our memory the synopsis of the speech. So despite having a command on the very issue we fail to communicate the audience perfectly because of the shortcoming of any of the requisite elements discussed above emphatically.
In consideration of the above, writing is easy. It is not an extempore presentation. Our elements of thinking and ideas can be translated into language through writing. We can amend the mode of writing in case it reveals not perfectly presentable. A writer edits his own write up as a practice if he is not satisfied with the presentation. The success of anything depends on the presentability. So a write moves in trial and error basis. So writing is not a quick fix, but a speech is always impromptu. Once delivered there is no scope of amending the speech. Many of us are under wrong notion that the appetite for reading of a reader will soon go off if skill of writing is not matured.  But maturity never comes in a day by magic touch. One can develop the art of writing simply by writing. There is no made-easy process of it. Rabindranth Thakur, Manik Bamdopadhyay, Saratchandra Chottopadhyay, Satyajit Ray and many other eminent personalities as such are the harvested crop of enormous labour and practice. Their writing skill was also developed day by day. So development of writing skill is no matter to ponder over so deeply with additional gravity. It requires sticking to it with never ending patience and dedication. In comparison to that, an orator covers much risk as he does not have any opportunity to be spared as such to amend that. But a writer can do that.
In the next phase we will talk over writing elements. Many of us go for a wrong introduction of the scarcity of writing elements. Keeping our eyes and ears open in our every movement outside constantly supplies our writing elements. Small trifling incidents can be converted into the signatory theme of our writing in quality of presentation. We often overlook many happenings in ultimate casualness. But a writer observes that with an analyzing look and it supplies him steadily the writing material. Many of us are inadvertent by nature. In that case they should take down notes in the diary for reorientation of thinking in spare time. Then thinking is a part of writing. True thinking in consonance with the true realistic analysis of different ongoing events around us supplies our writing material in profound abundance. Eminent writers collect their writing material from the soil of the society. They see the same thing but from a different look. They layer of their thinking is mingled with keen observation. After observation they go for a steady homework for elegant presentation of the fact with the help of pen and paper and obviously not bypassing their faculty. Their sweetness of writing is thus captivated in the form books or in the page of magazines or manuals.
If anyone wants to speak there is no issue. It is a constitutional right. None wants to breach our constitutional rights. A speech is usually forgettable with the ticking of time, but a book is always immortal generation after generation. A positive writing liberalizes our mind. It gives us mental pleasure and appeasement. It transports us to the world of creativity with independent originality. You speak. There is no debate. But please better write something every day and it will liberate you tearing of the shackles of bondage to the domain of true emancipation. What is the best contribution to the society if mass awareness can be formed against social vices and malice by writing in the purest form? One who can do this effectively is the real friend of the society. He may not be so much explosive like a good orator, but he exhibits fire in every of his writings.
